Dr Phil And Dr Oz Dispute HCG: Weight Loss Miracle Cure

Dr Phil And Dr Oz Put Down HCG:
Weight Loss Miracle Cure

Dr. Oz and Dr. Phil have both admonished the “Miracle Weight Loss Cure” of HCG (September 10, 2010).

I did not see the programs because I have better things to do. But, I have two different friends who told me about it.

It seems both Doctor Oz and Doctor Phil agree that the HCG diet is unhealthy, given that it limits a person to 500 calories per day. “Of course, anyone will lose weight with so few calories”, may have been their comments.

By the way, Dr. Phil maybe could use some weight loss and should actually try it for himself! Then he can become a testament.

That said, I happen to be using the “Miracle Diet Cure” aka HCG, and as a user, I want to set the record straight from my own personal perspective.

I am on day 9 and I have lost 8 pounds. I have been on yo-yo diets for the last 20 years after having a hysterectomy.

And, although I am not obese, per se, I have flabby rolls around my middle that are very unflattering.

A few years ago, I went through a 10-day “Lemonade Master Cleanse Diet”. It’s when you drink maple-flavored cayenne pepper lemon water without solid food. Yes, it does sustain a person for the whole ten days, and more.

I did lose weight, but gained it all back again. Since that time, I have used it again when I started to feel heavy. It is not a fun experience!

Other times, I have tried pills and tablets to perform various tricks on my body from appetite suppressants to fat burning magic. Nothing worked.

At least now, I can eat tasty meals.

My food intake today consisted of:

Breakfast: Lots of water throughout the morning.

Lunch: One 4-oz ground beef patty, seasoned with garlic powder and black pepper, two cups of fresh spinach (warmed and wilted), one bread stick, and one apple.

Dinner: One 4-oz piece of fresh halibut, seasoned with lemon juice and black pepper, two cups of fresh asparagus, one piece of Melba Toast, and eight large strawberries.

In between my meals, I administer eight drops of the HCG formula under my tongue.

My intention of staying on this diet with absolutely no reservations is that there are thousands of people who have successfully kept the weight off, years afterward.

The HCG formula is helping my appetite control which is often rampant, especially when I eat out or smell good food cooking. And, I like to snack between meals.

This diet is designed to raise my metabolism (lowered during my surgery procedure) and re-set my eating habits to normal in Phase Two.

My current diet also encourages its participants to take a daily vitamin dose (details in the instructions).

Nothing is easy in life. People are dying daily from unhealthy diets. I have chosen to have the same quarter-pounder hamburger, but without the bread and greasy fries that other people choose.

I have chosen to re-shape my body without having the yo-yo effect that I (and millions of Americans) are experiencing or have experienced over the last ten years. Body fat did not appear overnight.

But recognizing it, realizing it, and doing something about it can and DOES happen overnight.

The medical profession has always put down new thoughts. Years ago, doctors did not, or would not acknowledge that a positive attitude influences healing.

Today, many still discourage holistic approaches to healing, in spite of millions of people having great results by using the “body, mind, spirit” psychology.

Media, such as the Doctor Phil and Doctor Oz producers, thrive on controversy for viewers and ratings. It is only natural.

But here, I say, use your own judgment. Do your own research and come to your own conclusions about which diet product is best for you.
